Our solution

ELEMIS partnered with Dyzio to build a proper influencer engine from the ground up – moving systematically from wide-scale gifting to a community of deep-rooted brand advocates

Phase 1

 The Product Discovery Layer
  • The Scale: 250+ influencers gifted every single month across four countries.
  • The Output: Generating nearly 1,000 pieces of authentic content per month.
  • Using Dyzio: By using Dyzio, every Story, Reel, and TikTok was captured automatically, giving the team real-time data on which creators were over-delivering and which products were sparking the most organic buzz.

Phase 2

Identifying the ‘Skinsiders’
ELEMIS used Dyzio’s data to cherry-pick the best-performing influencers. These weren’t just people with high follower counts; they were creators who:
  • Produced high-quality, high-converting UGC.
  • Showed genuine, unprompted love for the product.
  • Consistently engaged with the brand.

Phase 3

The Skinsiders  Ambassador Community
From this pool of “rising stars,” the Skinsiders program was born. This wasn’t a one-off campaign; it was an invitation-only community.
  • The Loyalty Ladder: Dyzio helped ELEMIS build a bespoke, white-labeled platform where ambassadors could progress through tiers.
  • The Rewards: As creators moved up, they unlocked exclusive bundles, earned commission, and received follower discount codes.
  • The VIP Tier: The ultimate goal for any Skinsider. Loyal advocates who proved their long-term value received a €250 voucher every two months to spend on their own bespoke Elemis routine – ensuring the content remained authentic to their actual skincare needs.
