What payment methods are available?
You can set-up a Dyzio subscription with either a Visa or Mastercard.
How can I upgrade my Dyzio plan?
You can contact your Dyzio Account Manager at any time to upgrade your plan. Upgrades include:
- adding more influencers to your account
- adding more influencers to your account
- adding 3rd party integrations (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager or Shopify)
- switching to a white-label plan
- getting access to the Dyzio API
What payment options are available?
You can either sign-up to a monthly rolling plan or an annual plan. Discounts are available if 12 months are paid upfront. Please contact our team to discuss your options.
Does Dyzio provide support?
Yes, Dyzio’s customer support team is available for live chat support, between 9am and 6pm GMT.
Can I cancel after one month?
Both monthly rolling subscriptions and annual contracts are available. You can cancel the monthly contracts at any time. Annual contracts can be cancelled before the annual renewal date. No refunds are available.
